As a bereavement volunteer with Halo hospice you will be able to make an special impact in the lives of our patients and thier familys. Our bereavement volunteer contacts family members by telephone to offer follow-up support & Palliative Care bereavement services, such as individual and family outreach, support groups and grief services. Bereavement volunteers work under the supervision of a volunteer coordinator. Come be a part of our volunteer team!!

Description

Halo Hospice is a family-owned, local healthcare provider that began in 2005. Since that time, Halo Hospice has become a trusted companion to the many families we serve. We have a diverse staff that includes certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, social worker, and chaplain that all specialize in providing hospice services. Halo Hospice is one of the few remaining locally owned hospice providers and because of this, we can continue to meet our patients and families personalized needs in ways that only a local service can provide.
