Fractional Executive Director for Theytriarchy

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Executive Director (volunteer) to guide Theytriarchy through its next phase of growth. This is a fractional position designed for a professional who can dedicate a few hours per week to our cause. The Executive Director will work with our existing team to shape and execute our strategy, secure funding, enhance our marketing and press efforts, and expand our advisory board and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement Theytriarchy’s strategic plan. Provide visionary leadership to advance the organization’s mission and goals.
• Funding and Development: Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants and donations. Build relationships with potential donors and funding partners. Oversee the preparation of funding applications and proposals.
• Marketing and Communications: Lead efforts to scale marketing and press outreach. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement. Act as a spokesperson for Theytriarchy in media and public engagements.
• Advisory Board and Partnerships: Recruit and build a diverse and effective advisory board. Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within a nonprofit or social impact organization.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Passion for Theytriarchy’s mission and values.

Our early projects include: a documentary, podcast, and impact campaign to promote equality in elite athletics; and to develop a sustainability chatbot curriculum for young girls.
