The response after a disaster is never enough. So Ground Force Humanitarian Aid, formerly Cajun Navy Ground Force, has designed five programs that make every citizen incredibly impactful after a natural disaster. We have volunteer opportunities for everyone. Visit our website to learn about training opportunities, but you don't have to be trained to show up and help. Mission Statement
Cajun Navy Ground Force delivers swift humanitarian relief by recruiting, training, and leading large groups of volunteers to make a positive impact at sites of need, typically characterized as a place hit by disaster. Volunteers embed into impacted communities working in two week shifts to form a disaster safety net.
Description
Data-driven disaster response and humanitarian aid. Our mission is to create a pipeline of professional trained data and tech savvy volunteers who will live in disaster stricken communities for 2 week overlapping intervals and work within our five programs to utilize the Stability platform and provide reliable long term protection and stabilization of aging, disabled and other vulnerable victims of natural disaster.
