Cultural Coalition's MIKIZTLI: Día de los Muertos Festival is celebrating its 13th year as Phoenix’s largest FREE Día de los Muertos festival. Taking place on Sunday, October 27 at Steele Indian School Park. This year’s MIKIZTLI [mee-kish-tlee] is a free event, bigger than ever, expecting to surpass last year's attendance of 10,000+ people.

Description
The Cultural Coalition, Inc. began as a grass roots organization of artists and community activists in the summer of 1996. Our goal : to develop innovative ways to address important social issues while encouraging the participation of organizations, schools, and individuals in the creation of neighborhood arts programs.
