Volunteers are needed with Medi Home Health and Hospice to provide 1:1 companionship with the patients in our service area. Some responsbilites would be to read to them, talk about their past and family and make items with them. We are also in need of volunteers for our office as well to assist with support with making different items for our loved ones in the community for the upcoming seasons.

Description
Our volunteers are the heart of the hospice team! We depend on volunteers to assist in providing support and care to our patients and their families during this time in their life. Volunteers can also provide pet therapy, bereavement support and administrative support. There's a lot to gain from being a hospice volunteer: satisfaction, greater self-knowledge and spiritual growth.
