The Team Coach is responsible for guiding a Youth Entrepreneur Team through the entire Lemonade Day summer program series and sales competition event. The Team Coach helps the youth entrepreneur team of 3 select a team name, create lemonade recipes and menu items, set prices, establish sales competition goals, build a budget, create a marketing plan, decorate their stand, prepare their customer service experience, building a list of all the materials and supplies needed for their stand, shopping for those items, delivering to the club, and setting up for the sales competition event. The Lemonade Day Coaches are also responsible for reporting their team’s sales activity to Lemonade Day Central for sales tracking and leader board updates during the competition. The overall objective of the Lemonade Day Coach is to make sure their team has everything they need when they need it to successfully operate and compete for a victory on Lemonade Day!

Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metropolitan Area is a youth development organization for kids from 6-18 years of age. We have five Clubs in the greater Portland Metro area, as well as school-based extensions in the Reynolds and N. Clackamas School Districts. We serve over 8,000 kids annually with after-school and summer programs.
