The Team Lead is responsible for guiding a Youth Entrepreneur Team through the Lemonade Day Entrepreneur Workbook where the participants engage in learning the basics of business, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy (save, spend, & share) while thinking through their lemonade stand microenterprises in preparation for competition day. The overall objective of the Team Teacher is to turn on the light bulb of entrepreneurship for their team and equip their young minds with the business knowledge they will need to compete for a victory on Lemonade Day!

Description

Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metropolitan Area is a youth development organization for kids from 6-18 years of age. We have five Clubs in the greater Portland Metro area, as well as school-based extensions in the Reynolds and N. Clackamas School Districts. We serve over 8,000 kids annually with after-school and summer programs.
