BLC offers a safe and comfortable learning environment for teenagers who are not thriving in traditional school. As data continues to come out about teenagers across America, we are learning that more and more teenagers struggle with high levels of stress and anxiety. We are looking for a volunteer to help the teens at our center learn how to slow their racing thoughts through meditation and learn of this option as a way to help cope with stress and anxiety. Volunteers can offer to facilitate a one time workshop, a 4-6 week short course, or a half or full semester class.
