IABB is seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed social worker to assist with the development of trauma recovery programming and provide supervision. This role involves collaborating with our team to enhance our services, offering expert guidance on trauma-informed practices, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives.

About I Am Beautiful Because (IABB): I Am Beautiful Because Trauma Recovery Center is a transformative nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women and girls in their healing journeys from childhood trauma. Founded by Trenell Eaton, IABB provides a holistic approach to trauma recovery, combining therapeutic interventions, self-care practices, and empowerment initiatives to help individuals recognize and embrace their innate beauty and resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and refinement of trauma recovery programs.
• Provide supervision and support to staff and volunteers.
• Contribute expertise to ensure programs are trauma-informed and effective.
• Help with program evaluation and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed social worker with experience in trauma recovery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passionate about empowering women and girls.
