We are searching for someone experienced in administrative work to help us with managing our data. In particular, we are cleaning up past client data and putting it into a new CRM. The person who fills this role will help us continue to clean and find this data, as well as have input on how it is organized in our new CRM.
Working with data in the past is not a requirement; we are simply looking for someone motivated that can be taught.

Barrier Breakers, Inc. is dedicated to increasing access to and success in higher education for BIPOC and other marginalized students. Our 501(c)(3) non-profit provides financial assistance, educational resources, and consulting for higher education applicants.
Description
Our current focus is to increase the number of lawyers who are persons of color. Currently Black lawyers make up only 4.5% of all associates. We are working to change this by assisting individuals with their law school applications. In helping them formulate strong applications, our clients have had strong results. Further, we also assist them in gaining financial support for their educational endeavor. To date our students have been granted over $460 million in scholarships.
