Philadelphia FIGHT

Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers is seeking dedicated volunteers to support the 2024 HIV Education Summit on Thursday, June 27th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch Street. This event runs from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with some volunteers needed as early as 7:00 AM to assist with setup.

  • Event Time: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Setup Time: Starting at 7:00 AM

Volunteer Roles:

  • Setup Crew: Help set up tables, chairs, and informational materials before the event starts.
  • Registration Desk: Assist with attendee check-in and distribute event materials.
  • Information Guides: Provide directions and information to attendees throughout the day.
  • Session Assistants: Support speakers and session leaders with materials and technical needs.
  • Breakdown Crew: Assist with packing up materials and ensuring the space is left clean and orderly.
