We are gearing up for an amazing iCan Bike Camp this August You can sign up to volunteer at iCan Bike Camp here: https://form.jotform.com/250644820500144
In addition to Camp, we will be hosting a one-day Bike Fit Event for our campers on June 27 and will need at least 30 volunteers throughout the day.

When: June 27, 2025 (Riders will sign up for 20 minute sessions from 10am - 5pm)
Where: Unlimited Possibilities - 1251 E. Dyer Rd, Suite 150, Santa Ana, CA 92705
What: We will be sizing for bikes and helmets for children and young adults with disabilities.
We have partnered with The Bicycle Tree in Santa Ana - an awesome local nonprofit that supports healthy bicycle-friendly communities. Bike Technicians will be at our Bike Fit event to size and recommend bicycles for our campers.
Volunteer Needs
Volunteer shifts: 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- 3 volunteers for every Rider at 3-4 Bike Fit stations
- Check in Rider and family
- Size for helmet
- Based on measurements, assist Rider on selected bike size - making sure they can touch the ground and reach the handlebars
- Document size and recommendations by Bike Technician
- Motivate the Rider to look forward and sit up straight (caregivers will be present to support)
- Keep the environment fun and upbeat
Qualifications:
- Age 15 and up
- No experience necessary - we will provide training; however, if you are a wiz with the bicycles, please consider a leadership role of Bike Technician to support our Bicycle Tree staff
- Be patient and kind to all participants
- Respond well to communication styles - for example, some Riders may not like loud noises or don’t like to be touched. Some are non-verbal and may need prompting. Let them lead
- Good penmanship (or paired with someone who has legible writing)
We will have water and snacks available. This is an outdoor event - hats, sunscreen, and care will be required.

Description
Founded in the early 1950s by parents and volunteers to serve the needs of children with cerebral palsy, Unlimited Possibilities now serves children with all types of developmental disabilities and provides vital support to families. Each year, we provide direct services to over 5,400 people, 64% of whom have primary disabilities other than cerebral palsy.
