We are looking for some amazing volunteers with Ft. Carson access to help with maintenance for our on base PreK classroom. Help make a tangible difference for our Ft. Carson families!

Our Ft. Carson playground, Family Learning Garden, and classrooms need to be maintained on a regular basis in order to ensure safety and the best possible learning experience for all of our Ft. Carson kiddos. Some of the work may included but isn't limited to gardening, lawn care, turning woodchips, simple maintenance tasks in the classrooms like painting, simple repairs, changing lightbulbs, etc. Remember, it's truly the small things that can make the biggest difference to our staff and kids. So, if you’re up to the task and would like to help, please reach out!

We will work with your individual schedule availability.

Individual Volunteers for this opportunity must be 18+, however we do offer other maintenance volunteer opportunities for volunteers under 18. If you'd like more information, please feel free to reach out!

Help us bring a smile to the faces of our children and staff by giving their classrooms and playgrounds the love they deserve.
Contact Nikki Sylvester, Volunteer Coordinator, at niksyl@cpcd.org or call 719-884-1401 for more information. To apply, just visit our website at www.cpcdheadstart.org/volunteer.
