Description: Warriors First Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Collector to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to gather and log information about businesses that provide support to Veterans in the areas of Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Homelessness. This information is crucial for our organization's growth and establishing connections with potential partners.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and log information about businesses that support Veterans, focusing on Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Homelessness.
- Input data into Google Worksheets (Excel) using the provided template document.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data, including location (state), phone number, address, and website.
- Utilize Google Maps and other online resources to research and verify business information.
- Knows how to follow clear instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and entry.
- Proficiency in using Google Worksheets (Excel) for data management.
- Ability to follow clear instructions and adhere to established data collection procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in data collection or related fields is preferred but not required.
Duration: This position is ongoing and requires a commitment to regular data collection activities.
