Job Description: Warriors First Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a remote, volunteer basis. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing our organization's social media accounts, creating engaging content, and coordinating with the Executive Director to ensure our online presence aligns with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms using Hootsuite.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for our social media channels, utilizing tools like ChatGPT for content generation.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director to align social media efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed.
  • Save all additional tools or posts in Google Drive for documentation and future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, with knowledge of scheduling tools like Hootsuite.
  • Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content creation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to supporting the mission of Warriors First Inc.
