You in a sentence:

The ideal candidate should enjoy volunteering and the international environment as well as wanting to donate a few hours of availability per month - we estimate a maximum of 3-4 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative assistance,
  • Assisting with presentations,
  • Maintaining effective communication with board members,
  • Ability to work independently and remotely,
  • Experience in the field of emergency services is a plus,
  • Other languages such as Portuguese, Spanish or French are a plus;
  • A good proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a nice-to-have.

Purpose:

  • Coordinate board member’s agendas for a monthly meeting, attend and redact it.

IEDO in a nutshell:

Created in France in 2018, by and for first responders to bring together all drone and robotics specialists dedicated to protection and rescue. Our main goal is to promote life-saving robotics and drones, as well as support knowledge exchange at international and national level, and develop training initiatives.

Mission Statement

International Emergency Drone Organizations (IEDO) is an international non-profit association founded in 2018. It brings together over 800 drone specialists (firefighters, police officers, customs officers, coastguards, paramedics, doctors from 55 countries worldwide. The association's aim is to develop the exchange of knowledge and experience at national and international level. These exchanges take place through seminars, conferences, webinars and international working groups. Several strategic partnership between IEDO and international organizations such as the International the International Police Association (IPA) and the International Association of Fire and Rescue Rescue Services (CTIF).

Our mission is to regroup together first responders using drones to save and protect lives at international & national levels in order to organize knowledge and experience sharing, develop skills of pilots, promote the use of drones for good.
