Position Overview: The Sponsorship Coordinator plays a crucial role in securing financial support and partnerships for our cancer charity. This position involves building relationships with corporate sponsors, managing sponsorship programs, and ensuring successful collaboration to further our mission of fighting cancer.

Responsibilities:

1. identify and Cultivate Sponsors:
- Research and identify potential sponsors, including corporations, foundations, and individuals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing sponsors.

2. Sponsorship Program Management:
- Oversee the implementation of Sponsor agreements.
- Coordinate sponsor recognition and benefits, such as logo placement, event participation, and promotional opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery of sponsor benefits and acknowledgment.

3. Fundraising and Revenue Generation:
- Collaborate with fundraising team to set sponsorship revenue goals.
- Track sponsorship revenue and report progress to leadership.
- Explore new sponsorship opportunities and creative ways to engage sponsors.

4. Event Support:
- Work closely with event organizers to secure event sponsorships.

5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, communications, programs) to align sponsorship efforts with organizational goals.


Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sponsorship, fundraising, or corporate partnerships.
- Excellent Communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for the mission of fighting cancer.
