Event Description: Join SOLVE and NAYA for a community litter cleanup at Kunamokwst Park, prepping the area for this summer's Movies in the Park! Wear your NAYA/Cully Neighborhood Swag and help make this event a success! See you there!
Date / Time: Wednesday, July 10, 2024 From 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Meeting Location: Volunteers will be meeting at the park. Look for the SOLVE signs.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.
What's Provided: SOLVE will provide trash grabbers, trash bags, work gloves, and high-vis vests.
Restrooms: Restrooms will be available at the park,
Parking: Neighborhood parking is available.
Transit: Take TriMet bus line 72 to NE Killingsworth & 52nd. Walk 5 minutes to the meeting location or visit TriMet’s trip planner to plan your route.

At SOLVE our mission is simple: Bring Oregonians together to improve our environment and build a legacy of stewadship. We do that through facilitating hands-on volunteer opportunities across the state that help to remove litter and restore native habitat through out our natural areas and neighborhoods. The majority SOLVE events are created and led by local volunteer leaders with a stake in the health and strength of the local community. We also offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities from one time participation at a local event, to leadership roles on a local of regional level. We look forward to connecitng with you soon to help care for an outdoor area you love in Oregon!
