Join Green Issaquah and Cascadia Forest Therapy for a guided forest restoration opportunity at Timberlake Park.
During this session the participants will be guided to awaken and encourage curiosity about mindful habitat restoration. Building upon one's relationship to the land and it's many health and ecological benefits through connecting with Issaquah's forest parks.
If you are new to Forest Bathing, the practice is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments.

Description
The Green Issaquah Partnership is a collaborative effort between the City of Issaquah, community groups, nonprofits, schools, businesses, and hundreds of volunteers to restore and maintain our forested parks and open spaces.
