Bascomb Thrift Store is a not for profit thrift store to resell donated household items and clothing. Our goal is to be in ministry with our local community by selling high quality items at low cost. We also have a Food pantry that we maintain.
By volunteering at the store you can ensure that no person in Cherokee county or surrounding communities goes without their basic needs being met due to lack of resources.

2 Shifts

  • 09:30 AM to 01:30 PM EST
    this is an opening shift for the store. we are currently open Wednesday- Saturday
  • 01:30 PM to 05:30 PM EST
    this is a closing shift for the store. We are currently open Wednesday- Saturday

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18
  • We are open 10-5pm W-F and 10-4pm Sat. We split our shifts but all day is available. Any or all days is appreciated. With adding more volunteers we hope to open back up on Tuesdays.
  • The job requires intake of donations and sorting items and clothing. Also pricing and arranging the sales floor. Light cleaning as well.
