Help Lead a Youth Backpacking Trip in the Beartooths Wilderness, Wyoming

Boulder Valley ICO is an outreach program of the Sierra Club that provides free nature outings and wilderness adventures for youth and families who would not have these opportunities any other way. We need volunteers who can help us transport participants from Boulder to the trailhead (on good roads) in Wyoming and who can join us on the backpacking trip itself. The daily trail mileages are modest (less than 5 miles per day) and the scenery is spectacular. More information is here:

Note that participants in our program do not generally have significant behavioral issues. They're just kids. We can outfit volunteers who do not have all of their own gear.
