ORGANIZATION: GLOBAL YOUTH PHILANTHROPY LEADER

Event Details: Date: May 25, 2024 Time: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM and 3:15 PM - 5:00 PM Location: Claremont College Town, Los Angeles, California

Volunteer Positions:

  1. Forum Executive Team (1-2 positions): Support the execution of the forum and liaise with guest speakers. This role requires a thorough understanding of the event's agenda and flow, quick problem-solving skills, and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  2. Event Services Team (1-2 positions): Assist with pre-event preparations, responsible for venue setup, registration, and on-site guidance. Volunteers should demonstrate efficiency and patience to ensure smooth participation and safety of all attendees.
  3. Media and Photography Team (2-3 positions): Handle filming and photography at the event to ensure complete and high-quality documentation. Volunteers should have a good grasp of photography and videography techniques, be able to manage live streaming, and adapt to varying shooting conditions and paces.

  • Respect and uphold the image and order of the forum;
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and personal privacy discussed at the forum.

Recruitment Requirements:

  • Interest in ecological civilization and international exchange, with preference given to those with relevant knowledge or experience;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
