Help guide and teach the youth of East Palo Alto to ensure opportunities for hope and a future. During the school year, Hope Horizon East Palo Alto offers homework assistance alongside additional support in reading, writing, math, and other academics skills, all in collaboration with parents and teachers.

Tutoring encompasses elementary, middle school, and high school. Volunteers support in a variety of ways based on age level, including helping the students learn to read at grade level, guiding them through Geometry, or helping them complete a school project.

Hours vary depending on the grade level, but typical program days are Monday - Thursday. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Volunteer and Communications Manager via email: Volunteer@hopehorzionepa.org or 650-327-9941
