Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough research to identify grants that align with the organization's mission, goals, and project needs.
• Managing databases and resources containing information about grant opportunities, deadlines, and application requirements.
• Evaluating potential grant opportunities to determine their suitability and alignment with the organization's priorities and capacity.
• Staying informed about trends and developments in the grant funding landscape, including changes in funding priorities, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with funding agencies, Grantmakers, and other relevant stakeholders to stay informed about funding opportunities and requirements.
• Assisting in the development of grant proposals, including gathering information, drafting narratives, and preparing supporting documents and materials.
• Managing the grant application process, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with application requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of grant reports and progress updates required by funders, ensuring timely submission and compliance with reporting guidelines.
• Collaborating with the grant writing team and organizational leadership to develop a strategic approach to grant seeking and fundraising.
• Maintaining accurate records of grant research activities, application submissions, and outcomes for reporting and future reference.
