The Program Fundraiser Lead main responsibility is to develop and execute fundraising strategies specifically aimed at supporting the organization's programs and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program staff to identify funding needs and priorities for specific projects or initiatives.
• Develop and implement fundraising plans and campaigns tailored to support the organization's programs, including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, grants, and special events.
• ⁠Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding partners who are interested in supporting the organization's programs, and solicit contributions through various channels.
• ⁠Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns that highlight the impact and importance of the organization's programs, and engage donors and supporters in meaningful ways.
• Work closely with the organization's marketing and communications team to develop compelling messaging and materials that effectively communicate the value and impact of the organization's programs to donors and supporters.
• Monitor and track fundraising progress and performance, and regularly report on key metrics and outcomes to the organization's leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide stewardship and recognition to donors and sponsors who support the organization's programs, and ensure that they feel valued and appreciated for their contributions.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in fundraising for non-profit organizations, and continually seek out new opportunities and strategies to support the organization's programs and initiatives.
