The Second Chair Break Every Chain Facilitator involves providing support to the main facilitator of the Break Every Chain program within the non-profit organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the main facilitator in organizing and coordinating Break Every Chain programs and activities
- Provide support to participants, offering guidance and encouragement throughout the program
- Help ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere during sessions, fostering a sense of community and support among participants
- Assist in managing logistics, such as scheduling sessions, arranging venue space, and coordinating materials and resources
- Collaborate with the main facilitator in developing curriculum materials and resources for the program
- Serve as a liaison between participants and the organization, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Support the evaluation and assessment of the program's effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders
- Assist in promoting the program and recruiting participants through outreach efforts and communication channels.
