This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Verify, investigate, and audit processes of the mentorship program and its conformance to QA standards and procedures.
- Design, create, and establish a QA control checklist.
- Assist and support team members in conducting QA audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Quality Management, or a related field
- Previous experience with quality control standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details to accurately monitor systems and examine large volumes of data.
- Computer literacy skills (Spreadsheet, Database software and others).
