About Us: The Creative Wellness Project is dedicated to utilizing faith, art, and creativity to bring hope, healing, and wholeness to individuals of all ages. Through our Christian-based workshops and youth programs, we aim to engage participants in meaningful activities that inspire spiritual growth, foster creativity, and encourage service to others.

Job Description: As an Outreach Coordinator for Christian Creative Workshops at The Creative Wellness Project, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach, promoting workshop opportunities, and establishing partnerships within the community. The Outreach Associate will support the coordinator in the responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential organizations, churches, and individuals who would benefit from our workshops and programs.
  • Reaching out to prospective partners via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to discuss collaboration opportunities.
  • Presenting our workshop offerings and the mission of The Creative Wellness Project to potential partners in a compelling and engaging manner.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and support.
  • Collaborating with the workshop planning committee to develop promotional materials and strategies to increase workshop attendance.
  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of workshop events, including logistics, marketing, and participant engagement.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on outreach efforts and partnership development to the workshop planning committee.

Requirements:

  • Passion for the mission and values of The Creative Wellness Project, with a commitment to using faith, art, and creativity to inspire positive change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to outreach and partnership development.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18
  • 10-15 hours a week for 6 months or more. This is virtual as well as in-person in the Lewisville area.
