Alitheia Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in St. Louis, Missouri. Our mission is to develop and support the next generation of Christian leaders through outdoor recreation and alternative education. We do this through varying ministries that focus on specific methods to develop and support the next generation of Christian leaders, in turn furthering the Christian mission laid out in Matthew 28:19-20.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all that I have commanded of you." Matthew 28:19-20

Alitheia Online is a ministry of Alitheia Ministries that works to provide accessible Christian leadership education and support through the use of online and in-person resources, courses, and certifications.

The Alitheia Online Ministry Assistant is responsible for the furthering of Alitheia Ministries’ mission and Alitheia Online’s operations through the support and development of Alitheia Online’s course content and Bible study operations. The Ministry Assistant will report to the Alithiea Online Ministry Manager, in turn developing the position and the ministry as a whole.

Course Development
The Ministry Assistant will work alongside the Ministry Manager to research, write, review, and organize courses and lesson plans that best develop and support the next generation of Christian leaders.

Teaching and Leading Courses
As courses are developed, the Alithiea Online team will also work to teach and lead the courses online or in-person. This may include travel, one on one meetings with Bible study leaders, or recording oneself to best present the content to each participant.

Weekly Check-in
To ensure the work to provide accessible Christian leadership education and support is on track and growing, the Ministry Assistant and Ministry Manager will meet weekly on a selected day and time to check-in on progress.

Support Ministry Development
The Ministry Assistant will work with the Ministry Manager to determine, create, and define organizational processes and resources for the ministry.
