**Volunteer Role: Interviewer**

As an interviewer, you will have the opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds who have experienced oppression. Your role will involve conducting remote interviews with these individuals, listening to their stories with empathy and respect, and helping us share their narratives with the world.

**Requirements:**

- Passion for social justice and human rights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to conduct sensitive interviews with empathy and professionalism.

- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.

- Commitment to volunteering 4-5 hours per week.
