Make a Difference in the Lives of Hospice Patients
"Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touched."--Judy Blume
Whether you want to see the impact you can make in the lives of patients directly or prefer to work behind the scenes, we invite you to become a member of a dedicated group of compassionate caregivers who serve as vital members of our hospice team. Caretenders Hospice - a proud member of the LHC Group family - has been serving Hennepin/Ramsey/Scott/Dakota counties for 14 years, and we have the honor of being a Level 3 We Honor Veterans partner.
We have volunteer positions open all over the Metro Area. We are specifically looking for a Certified End of Life Doula to join our Volunteering team. We understand the unique and very special way that you are able to connect with hospice patients and their families and we would love to have you on our team and being able to share your compassion with those we serve.
Hospice volunteers often say that helping those in need at a critical point in their lives is profoundly and emotionally meaningful. To learn how you can become a hospice volunteer in your community, call us today at 952-831-0193, email our Volunteer Manager, Dana Chandler at Dana.Chandler@lhcgroup.com or visit us at LHCGroup.com
"If you think you're too small to make a difference, try sleeping in a closed room with a mosquito."
