ORGANIZATION: Cleveland Clinic Hospice

Hospice patient and family support volunteers are needed to provide weekly visits to patients in nursing facilities to provide socialization and companionship. Weekly visits are typically one hour.

In-home respite volunteers are also needed to provide a presence while caregivers take a break. This assignment is as needed for approximately 2 hours as needed.
