MMAP Counselor/Coaches are trained to provide impartial advice to clients who need assistance with finding a Medicare plan that fits their needs. After a successful background check, you will begin your orientation and training for your role. After training, you will be paired with a mentor to help guide you in your role. Continuing education is offered on an ongoing basis, so you will always feel supported.
Friendship Center of Emmet County is a station for assisting clients,and providing one on one consultations.
Scheduling is flexible, and the training courses have many options, for you to easily choose your schedule.

The Friendship Centers of Emmet County Remarkable Senior Volunteer Program's mission is to recruit, train and mobilize an effective force of volunteers, aged 60 and over who are willing to contribute their skills and life experiences to serve nonprofit organizations in Emmet County, with the goal of strengthening our communities.
