We are looking for 2-4 Quad Area Volunteers, who will assist in overseeing and ensuring a welcoming environment in the quad area during the graduation ceremony for the class of 2024 at ELITE Public Schools. Their role will be integral in creating a festive atmosphere and facilitating a positive experience for attendees, families, and graduates.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Welcome guests and provide directions or assistance as needed.
Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, answering questions and providing information about the event.
Assist crowd control volunteers during peak times, such as before and after the ceremony.

Description
Our school is currently in need of volunteers in various areas. We are seeking volunteers who can assist with our after-school program by helping students sign-in/sign-out, passing out snack, and supervising students while they're participating in various activities, such as sports and study hall. We are also seeking volunteers who can assist in the cafeteria by supervising students as they eat, helping to make sure their table is clean, and dismissing them to recess. Lastly, we need volunteers who can assist with monitoring our campus and ensuring the safety of our students.
