Patient Care Volunteers are part of a patient’s care team. They provide direct patient care. Examples of direct patient care volunteer opportunities include reading to the patient, assisting with a hobby, listening, running errands, or providing caregiver relief.

WORLD-CLASS SERVICE-We make sure patients are comfortable by anticipating & catering to emotional, physical & spiritual needs. Anyone with a life expectancy of 6 months/less may be considered for hospice.
THREE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS- We ask every patient: "What are the 3 most important things to know about you to provide excellent care?" These answers shape how the team provides care to enhance the patient’s quality of life.
THE BETTER WAY-The Better Way program provides a format for achieving excellence through customer service.
