She Became is looking for volunteers to join our leadership board as we establish our Chicago presence! To best serve the schools we currently work with, expand our reach in Chicago, and engage our mentors and mentees intentionally, we are looking for motivated volunteers for the following positions:

Director of Community Engagement
Executive Board member who will play a key role in managing our volunteer program

Director of Operations
Executive Board member responsible for managing organizational project schedules

Curriculum Coordinator
Will work closely with the VP to develop syllabus guidelines for our school meetings

School Coordinators
Will work closely with the VP to plan, attend, and oversee school meetings

Social Media Coordinator
Will work closely with the Creative Director to manage and execute our organization’s social media strategy

Photographer/Videographer
Will work closely with the Creative Director to capture visual content of organizational programs and events

Grants Coordinator
Will work closely with the Director of Development to manage grant application and funding processes
