Join Our Team: Volunteer Program Director Wanted for the Kansas City Metro Area

Are you passionate about empowering women and fostering their personal and professional growth? Women Empowering Women Inc. (W.E.W Inc.) is seeking a Volunteer Program Director to join our team in the Kansas City metro area for an initial six-month term.

About Us
At W.E.W Inc., we are dedicated to enhancing confidence, providing support, and fostering growth among women. Our mission is to empower, encourage, and educate women through workshops, social events, and empowering products. We offer a supportive community and resources for skill development to facilitate personal and professional advancement.

Your Role
As the Volunteer Program Director, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing our volunteer programs and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers, as well as program development and evaluation. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful implementation of our mission and goals.

Requirements
- Passion for empowering women and promoting gender equality
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in volunteer management or program coordination is preferred but not required
