PossAbilities Plus is a non-profit organization that seeks to enhance the lives of individuals with special needs within the local community. Through our vocational training programs, participants can earn independence, job experience and certifications. Through our social programming, participants’ social lives are enriched through organized activities with peers, and through therapeutic classes. These classes work to develop basic social skills and prompt an understanding of collaboration. Participation in our social programming also creates a sense of joy and self confidence in our participants, as they explore new hobbies, make meaningful relationships and take part in group experiences.

It is not only our hope but our observation that after joint vocational and social programming, here at PossAbilities Plus, participants are better able to integrate into the local community and contribute in new, more meaningful, ways.

We are seeking volunteers who would like to help with any aspect of our programs.
