Girls Rugby is looking for several volunteers with a passion for inspiring and empowering girls to develop their leadership skills and build confidence through sport!
Never played Rugby? Never HEARD of Rugby? That's okay! Girls Rugby provides Coaches with a step by step season guide book, free and comprehensive training, and a local team to provide on site support.

Description
We are an empowerment based nonprofit, we encourage leadership development, confidence building, and important life skills that can be practiced on the field and utilized in their daily lives. We are looking for coaches who are passionate about empowering san diego's young female leaders! There is no experience with Rugby needed, we will teach you everything you need to know.
We ask for a 7 week commitment twice a year. Practices are an hour one or two nights a week with game days on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12!
Training is fully provided and paid for.
