Description: Join us for an exciting day full of sun, fun, and community spirit at our Summer Beach Bash! We're looking for energetic volunteers to help us create an unforgettable fundraiser event. Whether you love interacting with people, have a knack for event organization, or just want to give back while having fun, your help will be invaluable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Assist in setting up event equipment and decorations early in the morning. This includes preparing activity and vendor stations.
• Station Management: Operate various stations during the event, such as games, foam areas, snow cone stands, giveaway booths, and karaoke.
• Summer Camp Registrations: Help parents and children with the registration process for summer camp, providing information and collecting forms.
• Event Breakdown: Assist in dismantling and cleaning up the event space to ensure the area is left tidy.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Friendly and engaging, with good communication skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
