Impact Equitable Justice Inc (IEJI) works at the intersection of criminal justice and workforce development. We offer an array of programs, services, and employment initiatives to Second Chance job seekers and employers. Our goal is to close opportunity gaps and increase employment opportunities through advocacy, education, customized training, and workforce development.
