Join us in providing comfort and support to hospice patients by contributing to our New Patient Welcome Blanket initiative. Your donations will help us create thoughtful and comforting baskets to welcome new patients and their families during their challenging journey.
What's Needed: We are seeking donations of the following supplies to include in the welcome baskets:
- Blankets: To offer warmth and comfort during moments of rest.
- How to Donate: Bring them by our office
Alternatively, if you prefer to donate supplies in person, please contact Mark Joseph to arrange drop-off or delivery. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families.
Why It Matters: The New Patient Welcome Blankets serve as a comforting gesture to newly admitted hospice patients and their families, providing essential items and a sense of care and compassion during a difficult time. Your donations will bring comfort, warmth, and support to those in need, making their transition into hospice care a little easier.
Thank You for Your Support: We are incredibly grateful for your generosity and support in helping us create New Patient Welcome Blanket for hospice patients. Your kindness and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing end-of-life challenges.
Together, we can provide comfort, care, and support to hospice patients and their families during their journey. Thank you for joining us in this important mission.
