Join our dynamic team as a Volunteer Community Outreach Street Team Member and make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals in our community. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about community engagement, social impact, and making meaningful connections.

Responsibilities: Street Outreach: Engage directly with community members in public spaces, such as parks, markets, and events, to disseminate information about our organization's initiatives, services, and upcoming events. Resource Distribution: Distribute informational materials, flyers, and resources related to community programs, events, and services to increase awareness and participation. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with community members by actively listening to their needs, concerns, and feedback. Serve as a friendly and approachable representative of our organization. Event Support: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of community events, including setup, teardown, and logistical support as needed. Data Collection: Collect and record relevant data and feedback from community interactions to help evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and inform future strategies. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members and staff to coordinate outreach activities, share insights, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications: Passion for community service and social impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with diverse populations in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling volunteer responsibilities. Willingness to work outdoors and engage in face-to-face interactions with community members. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
