Farm market manager position

The farm market manager volunteer position is responsible for overseeing the operationsT

  • Including supervising all aspects of market operations, including setup, sales, and cleanup
  • Coordinating with our farmers and vendors to ensure a diverse and high-quality product selection
  • You will develop and implement marketing strategies in cooperation with our other volunteers to help in attracting customers and increasing everyone's sales prospects.
  • You will control a clean and organized market environment, following required health and safety standards
  • You will be responsible for all customer service and have final say in resolving any issues that may arise
  • With assistance of the CEO, you will analyze sales data and report to the board for input in increasing market performance.
  • The most fun part will be creating, building and maintaining relationships with farmers, vendors, and others involved with our market.
  • We are required to comply with local regulations and laws
  • In conjunction with the CEO, you will manage finances, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting
You will have the support and assistance of the CEO, board of directors and our farmers to help everyone be successful.
