ORGANIZATION: TRI-CITY BAPTIST CHURCH INC

Tri-City Church has an immediate opening for a volunteer part-time administrative staff/bookkeeper. Administrative duties include preparing the monthly newsletter, sending out weekly text messages, and performing miscellaneous tasks such as maintaining the church calendar and procurement of supplies.

Bookkeeping duties include utilizing the QuickBooks system for recording weekly deposits and expenses in bank account, Cash App, and PayPal, paying invoices, and providing end-of-month financial reports.

Time commitment is 10-15+ hours per month with flexibility to accommodate remote capability after routine is established. This is a learning position. Perfect opportunity for a college student, stay at home parent, or retired person in search of a volunteer position.
