As a very small non-profit organization, we do not have an IT specialist.
Our staff runs into issues every ones in a while when a printer is in error state or a new laptop need to be set up.
We would like to have a volunteer that is knowledgeable off printers and computers that we can call when an issue arises.
The volunteer would be needed approximately 2-8 times a year.
If interested, the volunteer could host a digital literacy workshop for our students, but this it not a requirement.
