Calling All Bakers! Enhance the lives of Senior Citizens in your community!

If you like to bake and spread kindness throughout your community, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for volunteers to host cookie decorating classes at senior living centers or nursing homes in your local community.

Volunteer Requirements:

We are looking for volunteers who truly want to engage With senior citizens to bring them happiness!

• Open to both Adults and Students over the age of fourteen. If you are a high school student, we find that it is best to work in a pair. Ask a friend to join you! You will qualify for nonprofit volunteer hours and will get a certificate upon completion.
• A great attitude and positive demeanor!
• It is not necessary to be a great baker or to even know how to bake or decorate cookies. We Will guide you every step of the way!
• Commitment to the community involves a dedication to the time/date that is secured for the class. Once a date is secure With your local senior center or nursing home, you cannot cancel.
• A Willingness to provide photos of your event Within 3 days of event completion. Photos Will be published on our Website.
• There are various ways to help including baking all of the cookies and icing for the expert bakers out there, receiving a cookie and icing mix for the semi-pro baker that you then bake off at home or receive a kit with the cookies already made! We want to make it as easy as possible to reach as many senior citizens as we can.
