Mission Statement

At Write a Book Foundation, we strive to advance social equity and self-actualization through expressive writing and narrative therapy premised on the hypothesis that stories are the primary means that humans make meaning out of their lives.

Description

Write-A-Book Foundation believes that expressive writing skill is a viable tool for people struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. To that end, we will remove barriers to book writing to enable personal and spiritual development and living a purposeful life.

We are advocates of using writing as a therapeutic, personal development, and self-empathy tool. We offer writing support and coaching through our free workshops. Our workshops have served people worldwide.
