Some of the responsibilities include:

• Planning: Developing events and campaigns to raise money and donations
• executing: Manning a stall, putting up posters, handling out flyers, or delivering a presentation
• Cleaning up: Helping with clean up
• Thank you notes: Helping write thank you notes
• Recruiting: Helping recruit sponsors, participants, or volunteers for fundraising events
• Secure commitments: Securing commitments of participation or donation from individuals or corporate donors
• Preparing materials: Helping prepare material for charitable events, such as fundraising envelopes, bid sheets, or gift bags
• Creating or updating donor database: Helping create or update donor database
