Come garden with us at Volunteer Park Trust’s Spring Restoration Day on Saturday, May 11th. This annual clean-up event is a major community effort to make Volunteer Park more beautiful for everyone.
A great activity for kids and families, come join friends and neighbors in weeding and chipping beds for a beautiful summer. No gardening experience necessary. Gloves and tools will be provided.
We will be working on plantings around the perimeter of the Lily Ponds and garden beds nearby. Look for the Volunteer Park canopy near the Black Sun sculpture across from the Seattle Asian Art Museum.
Stay for the whole event or as long as you want. You will be helping restoration efforts in Volunteer Park.
